Health Guarantee: We offer a comprehensive health guarantee for all our puppies. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious health issue within 72 hours of arrival, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement puppy. The health issue must be documented and reported to us immediately.
Genetic Conditions: We provide a one-year guarantee against genetic conditions that may affect the quality of life of your puppy. If a genetic condition is diagnosed within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a replacement puppy. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us directly with the necessary documentation. Our team will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Return Conditions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult for you to keep your new puppy. If you are unable to care for your puppy, please contact us immediately. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Rehoming Support: If you need to return your puppy after the 30-day period, we will assist you in finding a suitable new home. Our priority is the well-being of the puppy, and we will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
Normal Health Issues: Minor health issues or conditions that can be treated with standard veterinary care are not covered under our refund or return policy.
Improper Care: Refunds and returns are not applicable if the puppy’s health or behavior issues are a result of neglect, improper care, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
